The More You Play NTX NCS, The More You Save
The rebate ONLY applies to NTX NCS events
How does it work: Signup, Pay and Play for your 1st NTX NSC event each season (e.g. Fall - Sept - Dec) and get $40 off your next NTX NSC event entry, $50 off for the 3rd, $60 off for the 4th and $70 off for the 5th and every event after that, that season.
The rebates will be processed manually the Tue after you complete the 2nd and subsequent events that end without refunds (rainouts) will be rebated appropriately. To qualify for the rebate teams must have the exact same team name, head coach and email.
Rebates can be sent back via the cc of payment, venmo or paypal.
The rebates do not continue across seasons. They reset at the beginning of each new season.

Teams can use DP/FLEX ITB Run Rules – 10 AFTER 3 8/4 6/5 NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $150 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played. NO REFUND AFTER 3 Games Played e.g. You played 2 games. $350 – gate fee ($150) = $200. Refund = $200 * 3 / 5 = $120 Games Played Refund 1 game $160 2 games $120 Home team will keep the official scorebook. Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned. NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $150 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. Change of Venue Notice There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of NTFCA and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks.
